2000 to Present

Alberta Energy Company

Company Man. Coordinate all on-site personnel for the drilling of build curves from 80 to 84 degrees and up to horizontal, under balanced wells drilled in northeastern British Columbia. Implement all health, safety and environmental policies. Report directly to the Drilling Manager. Wells are on the order 1,500 m TVD - 3,000 m MKB. Membrane produced N2 with foam.

2000

Christensen-Hughes

Operations coordinator. Coordinated 25 consultants, programmed wells for PDC and Motor Applications, Trouble Shooter for all field operations and acted as liaison between the Operator and the field consultants.

1999

GHK Petroleum

Company Man. Performed all the duties pertinent to the position of Company Man for the drilling of directional wells. Well site located in the Colombian jungle near the town of Guaduas. Air drilling and directional applications. 100 bbl/hr water flow. The well was 10,000 feet TVD.

1996 to 1999

Security DBS Latin America

Coring and Downhole Tools Manager. Coordinated and bid on all coring, hole openers, shock subs, jars, PDC and roller cone bits. Designed BHA's and supervised logistics for all field engineers. Provided training in health, safety and environmental policies for all field engineers. Contracted out to Emerald Exploration as a company man.

1994 to 1996

Security DBS Canada

Field Engineer. Ran all series of coring, hole openers, PDC bits and motors.

1992 to 1994

Shell, Chevron, Crestar, Petromet

Performance Drilling Consultant. Supervised the running of PDC bits in the Rocky Mountain area of Canada.

1990 to 1992

Prowest Safety

Safety Supervisor. Trained on-site personnel in rigsite safety, H2S and WHIMES. Supervised critical well drilling and work-over operations.

1979 to 1990

Regent Drilling, Nabors Drilling

Driller. Performed all the duties associated with drilling land wells in the Rocky Mountains of Canada. Average depth of wells: 5,500 m. High pressure, high temperature wells. H2S content up to 40%.
