September 2000 to Present (Singapore). Shore Based Procurement and Logistics Manager for the Marine 500 Semi-Submersible and Marine 305 Jack Up operations.
August 1999 to August 2000 (Perth, W.A.). Shore Based Procurement and Logistics Manager for the Marine 500 Semi-Submersible operation. Duties same as shown below.
September 1998 to July 1999 (Singapore). Shore Based Procurement and Logistics Manager for the upgrading and rebuilding of the Marine 500 to a deep water drilling rig. My duties consisted of:
- Purchasing Capitol Equipment and required spare parts from Europe, USA and local vendors.
- Studying technical data and specifications to ensure that the correct equipment is purchased to fulfill contractual and project obligations, and
- Providing various weekly and monthly reports on upgrade budgets, PSFI itemized Cost, Cash Calls and Owner Furnished Equipment Reports.
April 1997 to August 1998 (Yangon, Myanmar). Shore Based Procurement and Logistics Manager. My duties consisted of:
- Purchasing Capitol Equipment and required spare parts from USA, Singapore and local vendors on a continuous basis.
- Studying technical data and specifications to ensure that the correct equipment was purchased to fulfill contractual obligations.
- Coordinating all supply vessels, personnel and equipment to and from the drilling location.
- Procurement and hiring of all cranes, labor and transportation at the local shore base warehousing facilities.
- Preparation and submission of all rig clearance documentation and port authority required certification for importation of the Marine 305 into Myanmar's territorial waters.
- Providing various weekly and monthly reports apropos to budgets, rig expenditures, rig inventory levels, work orders, etc.
From April to June 1997 I worked on the upgrading and rebuilding project for the Marine 305, an independent leg Jack Up rig, in Sarjah, U.A.E.
From July 1997 to June 1998 I lived in Yangon, Myanmar and worked for the Marine 305. In addition to my usual duties as outlined above I assisted in the setting up, establishment and staffing of the local shore base office and warehouse facilities.

Shore Based Rig Administrator. My duties consisted of:
- Coordination of all materiel movement and crew changes (both local and expatriate) to and from the drilling location.
- Purchasing all equipment and materiel required locally (in Madras, India) and purchasing support in Singapore.
- Preparation and submission of all invoicing to client and various third party companies.
- Preparation and submission of rig clearance documentation and port authority required certification for importation of the Drill Ship Falcon Duchess into India's territorial waters
- Provided Regional Managers and Rig Managers with various weekly and monthly reports regarding budgets, rig expenditures, rig inventory levels, work orders, etc.
- Provided total support for the Rig Manager and crews when required.

Jan 1995 to Nov 1996 (Singapore). Shore Based Procurement and Logistic Coordinator. My duties consisted primarily of:
- Coordinating all supply vessels loading out in Singapore; including, but not limited to, responsibility for equipment for storage and/or repair in Singapore, barges, cranes, labor and passenger boats for crews.
- Managed Singapore base office warehouse, yard and Purchasing Department.
- Provided support to the Technical Department when required and where needed.
- Prepared various weekly and monthly reports regarding budgets, rig expenditures, purchasing reports, rig inventory levels, work orders, etc., for Regional Managers and Rig Managers.
- Implemented and wrote "Documentation and Policy Procedures for Offshore Materialsmen, Purchasing Department and Warehouse Staff".
- Performed the duties of Rig Administrator at various times to assist the Rig Manager during the absence of a permanent Rig Administrator; (locations in Malaysia 6 months and Indonesia 4 months).
Mar 1993 to Dec 1994 (Malaysia). Well site Senior Logistic Coordinator on board the Semi-Submersible rig Chris Chenery (now the Marine 500). Overall responsibility for the movements, ordering, computer data and records of all equipment and spare parts consumed by the rig and operating company, thus ensuring the rig had sufficient stock levels for a trouble free drilling operation.
Sept 1991 to Feb 1993 (Singapore). Shore Based Materialsman. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing equipment from the rig and suppliers; loading, offloading, receiving, packing and keeping acccurate records of all material movements for all rigs in Southeast Asia Supervised the warehouse and yard.

Onshore and Offshore Logistic Manager. My duties consisted of mobilizing and demobilizing dredging barges, tug boats and fuel barges for an offshore dredging project north of the island of Bali. The writer assisted in the preparation and implementation of loadout diagrams and logistical programs. Managed various ongoing island dredging projects.
