Offshore operations on the semi-submersible "Henry Goodrich" for the Terra Nova Alliance operating in the Atlantic Ocean.
- Developed client relations, focused on drilling fluids programs and provided optimum technical and cost effective solutions.
- Analyzed chemical and physical properties of drilling fluids.
- Prepared daily drilling fluid reports and environmental reports.
- Checked and took all the necessary measures for keeping the "Synthetic on Cuttings" below the maximum acceptable value of 15%.
- Supervised all activities related to drilling fluids, from the safety and environmental point of view.
- Ensured optimum stock of chemicals in accordance with flow of drilling operations and maximum load permit for semi-submersible rigs.
- Performed physical inventories, ordered new chemicals, charged the clients for chemicals used, completed the paper work, revised prices and other specific activities necessary for proper inventory management.
- Prepared new drilling fluid, as required, using special chemical recipes.
- Cooperated with other service company personnel and with the drilliing crew in order to prevent spillage, or other accidental dumping, of drilling fluid, or other dangerous substances or chemicals, into the sea.
- Trained new drilling fluids engineers.

Onshore operations in the Western Desert, Egypt. Offshore operations in the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Israel. Broad experience in deep water drilling where the low ambient sea temperatures affect the behavior of different fluids. The duties performed were similar to those listed above.

Onshore operations, working for non-Romanian operators such as Shell and Amoco. The duties performed for these operators were similar to the ones listed above.

Drilled seismic wells in cooperation with Destiny Drilling (Canada) on a joint Amoco-Shell project. Focused on the chemistry of drilling fluids.
